When you use Ekklevo AI, you provide us with contact information including your name, church name, email address, and WhatsApp number. You are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@ekklevo.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use Ekklevo AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our Services:

The Ekklevo AI platform, including its design, software, prompts, brand, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Cardinal AI Systems / Whitehall Strategic Alliance Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of our platform without our prior written consent.
The Ekklevo name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Cardinal AI Systems. You may not use these without our express written permission.
You retain full ownership of the sermon content you submit to Ekklevo AI. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your requested content assets.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the sermon content you submit, and that submitting it to our platform does not violate any third-party rights.
You also own the AI-generated content assets produced from your sermon input. We do not claim ownership of the output generated specifically for you.
⚠️ Important: Ekklevo AI uses artificial intelligence to generate ministry content. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or theological positions that do not reflect your ministry's specific doctrine or beliefs.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it to your congregation. We strongly recommend that all content is reviewed by an appropriately qualified pastor or ministry leader prior to use.
Ekklevo AI does not provide theological advice, biblical counsel, or pastoral guidance. The content generated is intended as a starting point and creative assistance, not as authoritative spiritual teaching.
We make no warranty that AI-generated content is theologically accurate, doctrinally sound, or appropriate for your specific denominational context.
Ekklevo AI offers a free tier for the sermon content engine with no payment required. Paid subscription tiers are available as described on our pricing page.
For paid subscriptions:
For our performance-based donor recovery service, fees are calculated as a percentage of recovered funds as agreed at the time of engagement. No upfront payment is required for this service.
You may stop using Ekklevo AI at any time by ceasing to access our Services and requesting deletion of your data by emailing support@ekklevo.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ekklevo AI and Cardinal AI Systems shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Ekklevo AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For users in Nigeria, where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply, those laws shall take precedence over these Terms to the extent required.
For users in the United States, where mandatory state or federal consumer protection laws apply, those laws shall take precedence to the extent required.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide you with notice by email.
Your continued use of Ekklevo AI after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services.
